Where do you turn to learn more about financial topics?
April is financial literacy month. Our Get $ Fit Challenge for April is in keeping with this theme.
There are many great resources available today to help educate us on everything financial. The most obvious is the internet. The challenge with the web is that often times too much information is available, some of it confusing and much of it inaccurate or based on someone else’s opinion.
So readers where do you turn? We would love to hear from you. Email us at [email protected] with your “Go To” resources for improving your financial literacy.
Below are three of our favorite recommendations for learning more in order to take control of your financial life:
1. Visit our website http://www.FinancialStrategiesForLife.com. Here you will find a wealth of information in the learning center on various financial topics, including articles, short videos and past newsletters.
2. Read our blog http://Blog.FinancialStrategiesForLife.com . Under blog topics you will find a drop down list featuring a master list of previous blog topics. If you are looking for information on a specific topic please let me know and I will look to address it in a future blog post if appropriate.
3. Listen to us on the air. Tune into our radio show Financial Strategies for Life on WSIC 1400am in Statesville, NC each Tuesday morning from 8:00 – 9:00 am EST where Sara, The Lake Norman Money Maven discusses everything financial. You can listen on-line at www.WSICweb.com, tune in via TuneIn radio on your smart phone or other device, or access a link to previously recorded shows via our website http://www.FinancialStrategiesForLife.com.
