Introducing Financial Strategies for Life™

Welcome to our new blog Financial Strategies for Life™.  We created the blog to help educate and empower you when it comes to making sense of all of the moving pieces and parts of your financial life and your money. At Preferred Financial Strategies our clients often share with us that they are interested in educating themselves in order to take control of their financial future. That is one goal of this blog.Colorful Painting of Two Ladies at Tea
It’s been said that we all learn better from a story than we do from a lecture or a powerpoint presentation.  As you may know Sara and I like to tell stories and we both like to teach. The blog is a natural extension of that. We will be sharing our knowledge, insights, opinions, learnings, personal experiences, concerns and information of value in regard to all things financial and life events that impact us in a meaningful way. You may occasionally find links to articles of interest and comments from guest bloggers that we think can make a difference in your financial lives. At Preferred Financial Strategies we believe the financial planning process incorporates both art and science. Some posts will address serious financial planning topics and some posts will be more from the heart with a bit of humor.

Our apologies, in advance, for not being able to accept your direct comments on the blog. What you may not know is that everything we say in writing is technically advertising and must be approved in advance by our compliance department. Since we can’t control what anyone else may say in a post we must eliminate the interactive feature.

We know your time is valuable. If you choose to spend a few minutes with us we are confident that you will find value as well as the occasional laugh as you follow along in our journey. If there is a particular topic that is of interest to you please email us directly and we will look for a way to address it. Email us at either [email protected] or [email protected] we will respond promptly and attempt to address what we can in future blog posts.

Please feel free to share this with friends and family that you think would have an interest in joining the journey.

It’s YOUR future, Let’s get started
